SHIPPING
UK Standard – £3.50. Delivered within 3–5 working days.
UK Express – £6.50. Order before 4pm, Monday to Friday, for next working day delivery.
Free UK shipping, standard or express, on all orders over £100.
Europe – £25. Delivered within 7–10 working days. Import duties and taxes may be charged on delivery and are the customer's responsibility.
PRE-ORDERS
Pre-order pieces are dispatched within 14 days of your order. Your chosen shipping method applies from the day of dispatch.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order pieces, everything ships together once your pre-order is ready.
RETURNS
We hope you love your SORELLA, however if it's not quite right you can send it back to us for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note we do not offer free returns; therefore, you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs and returning your item. Please use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To be eligible for an exchange, you must return your item(s) back to us no longer than 14 days after the delivery date. All bags must be received back in original, unused condition and must adhere to the following: • Returned in original packaging/dust bag, where possible. • No signs of use or wear. • No stains, marks or odours. • Any authenticity cards or accessories included with the bag must be returned with it.
If you wish to return any item(s), please email us at shop@sorellavista.com along with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for returning
We will then be in contact with you to provide a returns address.
We have the right to refuse your return/exchange if the above are not adhered to. If the item you would like to exchange is no longer in stock, you will be issued a gift card for the amount of your order to be used within 2 years of being issued. Any difference in cost of products will be refunded by Sorella Vista or will be charged to the customer.
Sale items can only be refunded for credit note.
