SHIPPING
Express shipping - £6.50. All express orders will be delivered next business day if ordered before 3pm.
Standard shipping - £3.50. Shipped within 3-5 days.
Free express shipping on all orders over £75.
PRE ORDERED ITEMS
Items ordered with a pre order will be dispatched within 14 working days (not including weekends or bank holidays) They will be shipped using either express or standard shipping, depending on your selection upon shipping.
RETURNS
We hope you love your SORELLA, however if it's not quite right you can send it back to us for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note we do not offer free returns; therefore, you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs and returning your item. Please use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. To complete you return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To be eligible for an exchange, you must return your item(s) back to us no longer than 14 days after the delivery date. All clothing must be received back in its original form and must adhere to the following: • In its original packaging, where possible. • No signs of wash/wear. • Tags must not be damaged/removed. • No stains/marks or odours.
If you wish to return any item(s), please email us at shop@sorellavista.com along with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for returning
We will then be in contact with you to provide a returns address.
We have the right to refuse your return/exchange if the above are not adhered to. If the item you would like to exchange is no longer in stock, you will be issued a gift card for the amount of your order to be used within 2 years of being issued. Any difference in cost of products will be refunded by Sorella Vista or will be charged to the customer.
Sale items can only be refunded for credit note.
